Please note that we are a publication, not a travel agency: we cannot make, change or cancel a booking for you. For anything to do with an existing reservation, contact the hotel, airline or booking platform directly.

Editorial and pitches

Story pitches, guest contributions and photography. Tell us the story, why you are the person to tell it, and where we can read or see something you have made.

Corrections and closures

A price that has moved, a restaurant that has closed, a route that no longer runs. Include the article link and what has changed. These reports are genuinely useful and we act on them.

Advertising and partnerships

Display advertising, sponsored content, destination campaigns and commercial partnerships. Tell us what you have in mind and roughly when, and we will send our current rates.

Privacy and data requests

Requests to access, correct or delete your personal information, and any other question about our Privacy Policy. Mark these "Privacy" so we can meet the response deadline the law sets.

How long we take

We reply to most messages within two working days. Privacy and data requests are answered within 30 days, as the law requires. If a week passes with no reply, send it again -- occasionally a message does not reach us.
